  • How much time it takes for the complete process?

    Taking the impression takes only minutes…however it lasts forever...

    Our home visit lasts around 20-25 minutes and requires no preparation on your part. The concerned person's involvement in the whole session is only for few seconds. It’s a quick and smooth process...
    Taking the molds is a quick and simple process using a very gentle casting mousse and takes less than a minute – we capture even the wiggliest of fingers and toes..
    The molds are taken to our workshop to be crafted into your treasured casts. Your finished casts will be safely delivered to you within 10-12 days. If you need them sooner please let us know and we will endeavor to meet any deadline you may have.
  • What are the casts made of?

    We pour a high quality sculpting medium into the molds which is organic and has no side effects whatsoever.

  • How do we take the impression?

    We take a mold by pouring a foam type consistency mixture which takes approximately 60 seconds to set. Once this has set we gently remove the mold.

  • Is it safe?

    Yes it is… It has no side effects and is safe for every age group. Be it the infant to the elderly. It is 100% safe and medically certified and has been used for life-casting for decades.

  • Does my baby need to be asleep to do the casting?

    No, however it’s helpful if baby has been fed before the appointment, as they will be more relaxed.

  • Is it customized?

    Yes !!. Color of the impressions, the picture and color or type of the framing everything is chosen by customer.

  • How do I go about getting a casting done?

    We are just one call away to fix up the appointment, and convert your favorite moment into an everlasting memory.

  • Can I have my casts without a frame?

    Yes.

  • Can I change the color of the cast or frame?

    Yes. In that scenario you need to inform us before the impressions go in for framing.

  • Is it framed?

    Yes, it is as we believe in delivering the finished product. We use high quality solid hardwood box frames they are fully glazed for a professional finish which also protects your casts and keeps them dust free. However we are flexible as per customer's demand.

  • Delivery Time period?

    Normally we take two week to give you the final piece.

  • Can my casts be ready quicker?

    Each cast goes through a very specific process which includes controlled drying, painting, and mounting in a frame. The delivery time is determined by this process. We try and work hard to get your frame to you in desired time.

  • What about if I have my own idea of a custom cast?

    We welcome any individual ideas you may have and will discuss all your options.

  • What are the charges?

    The charges depend on 2 things, the body part to be caste and the frame chosen by you.

  • When do I pay?

    50% is payable at the time of the casting session. The balance is due on collection.

  • What if I cancel after the mold has been taken?

    As the mold has been taken and the raw material has been used, the advance will not be refunded.

  • My friend is having a baby, how can I arrange to get casts done?

    You can buy a baby cast gift voucher and gift it to a friend. The payment has to be in advance
